THE STORY
From corporate to coach
Hi, I'm Dee Patel, Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant.
I spent over 15 years in operational, commercial and strategic roles, driving performance in household-name companies both in the UK and internationally.
It was in those high-performance roles that I discovered both the cost of simply working harder, and the opportunity of a smarter, more sustainable approach.
The skills I built delivering €500 million global projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment are the same ones I use to help senior leaders now.
The capabilities required to thrive at that level go far beyond technical competency. It requires resilience, self-awareness, calmness and clarity under pressure, that has become the foundation of my coaching and consulting practice.
For the past 6 years, I've worked with Director to C-Suite leaders across Tech, Finance, Telecoms, FMCG, and more, helping them navigate the transitions and challenges that follow years of significant success.

My role is to help you understand what needs to shift, and support you in making that change happen in a way that feels good.
